Use this self-service tool to change the date/time of your tickets online. Fill out one of the ticket numbers from the order you would like to amend below. The image shows where you can find the ticket number we need. In most cases this number starts with prefix 77.
When you’ve sent your request, you will receive an e-mail with a unique URL to choose a new date/time.
