- The regular online entry ticket covers access to the public sections of the gardens. For lectures, (unscheduled) guided tours, courses and events, additional tickets are required.
- Online (entry) tickets cannot be exchanged for other ticket types or cash.
- Online (entry) tickets cannot be refunded.
